Terms and conditions

We have tried to make our park as fun and safe as possible for you and your dog, However, accidents do happen so please follow our rules to minimise any risk.

Once booking is made we cannot refund, however should the need arise, you can reschedule. We do ask that you do this 24hours or more before your allotted time to allow time to re-fill the slot

We advise that you have insurance for your dog, as Duckhill Dog park accepts no responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur on our premises. There are signs up to make you aware of uneven ground or potentially slippery surfaces.

Please do not bring your dog if they have shown any signs of sickness or diarrhoea within the past 48 hours

ALL DOGS MUST BE VACCINATED

Please do not bring puppies until they have finished their course of vaccinations

The ramps and other equipment are solely for the use of the dogs, please ensure your children, and indeed, yourselves , do not climb on them

Please supervise your dogs and children at all times and stand beside the ramps to ensure your dog mounts and dismounts as safely as possible

If the pool is available, please stay next to it and supervise your dog when using

Please keep your dog on a lead when walking from your vehicle to the enclosed areas. Keep your dog in your vehicle while other dogs are being loaded into theirs 

Please lift your dog waste and put into bins provided, they are located around the perimeter of all enclosures

Please do not allow your dog to dig in the fields unless they are in the sand pits. Please re-fill any holes dug while in the all weather arena

Please ensure you close and bolt gates behind you
